Two USB 1 to USB 2?

It will work for USB2, but not USB3. A mobo USB2 header has TWO USB2 ports on it, so the single female connector on that cable that plugs into the mobo header provides TWO USB2 connectors. Those are NOT standard USB2 cable outputs - they are connectors to plug into the back of panel sockets that DO have standard USB2 sockets on the front.
