I have rust at max settings and I am getting anywhere between 60-100 fps, I thought id get more fps than that. I have a 1600x900 monitor btw. What fps should i expect on other games on max settings such as WWII, Battlefield 1, and pubg. just curious before i spend money on the games.

Your monitor most likely has a 60Hz refresh rate, meaning it only updates the image 60 times per second. So, frame rates in excess of 60fps won't be of much use anyway.

As for Rust, I haven't played it myself, but I believe it can be demanding on the CPU, so CPU performance may be holding back performance somewhat. I suspect performance might be better than that in many other games at 1600x900 resolution with a 1060. Again, unless you get a high-refresh rate monitor (such as 144Hz), frame rates higher than 60 fps won't matter that much though.
