What is this error code? MAXIMUS VIII HERO

Hello Community!
There is this one code that shows up on my MAXIMUS VIII HERO that I can not identify, the picture is on the blog.

I've seen that error before because weird bios conflicts between the motherboard and video card in person. Even though they both are from ASUS weird things like this still can happen. The solution was to RMA the video card. Try booting it without your video card plugged in at all and see if it goes away first, then if it does go away proceed with the rma.
