What is this for kinda cable? And how do I connect it?

As the title, I've got a new computer case, a NZXT Guardian 921 Blue to be exact, and THIS CABLE Is here

It is connected to the front panel of the case, to the Blue LED lights. Aaaand I want to plug it in somewhere. This is the motherboard I got

From what I've seen looking online it could be a temp monitor for various areas of the case. I didn't see anything about a special connector for LEDs, but it could be. Did the case come with a user guide? Any documentation?

Well I bought it from a cousin, I didnt get the users manual with it, but I will ask him oif he knows. [Update] I found the manual online https://sta3-nzxtcorporation.netdna-ssl.com/uploads/download/attachment/182/Guardian-921-manual-multi-language.pdf

Unfortunately that was the only manual I could find also. I would definitely ask your cousin, see what he says and if he ever used it. I wish I was more help, but all I can say is that it appears to be a receiver of something as opposed to something you plug in to the motherboard, could be wrong though. Good luck.
