It wouldn’t let me add image but it opens on startup about 4-7 times and closes really fast. It is also accompanied by a command prompt.

you could run this to maybe identify it - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns - thats assuming it has a similar icon in that program.

its difficult to say as I can't clearly see what the 2 white things are. Screens maybe? its an rgb box so screen display drivers?

Use Autoruns to find it as mentioned above. Also run virus and malware scans

I've seen this question before by other people. [Reference] The icon is from cscript.exe. You can find this in your C:\Windows\System32\ folder.

This means some type of script is being run at startup.

A quote from the page says:

Windows script files usually have one of the following file name extensions: .wsf, .vbs, .js."

As stated above, use AutoRuns and look for any of those script files being run, or look for cscript.exe being run at startup.

Use EVERYTHING to find cscrpit.exe and DELETE it From your machine as well then use that or runs to find the thing that launches it and delete that as well

cscript.exe is a legitimate program by Microsoft. Don't delete it.

However if it's running a script, it's likely that the script can be deleted, or at least disabled with AutoRuns.
