Question What is this noise from my PSU? (I think)

Could anyone please tell me what this is? It has been going on for a while.
Any help would be appreciated
Seems to happen even when the pc is turned off.

I hear the whirring of the fan with some faint chirps in between, is that what you're referring to? Looks to me like a Corsair PSU. What is the make, model and age of the unit? What is the PSU powering?

Must be rather subtle. If you place your hand on the case, or area around PSU, does the sound stop (vibration)?

It is the corsair rm750e, about 5 months old.
Powering a r7 7800x3d and a 4070ti super

No it keeps happening

Removed the graphics card and the same sound still happening

Is your PSU fan opening toward the inside of the case, or toward the bottom (outside) of the case?

Does the PSU ever go into nearly no(zero) fan mode?

the fan opening faces the bottom of the case. I dont know what zero fan mode is, however my psu fans always seem to be spinning, if thats what you mean

The PSU has a mode, when the load is low, that should run nearly silent. Are you overclocking anything?

PSU orientation is correct.

I purchased it from a german site called Caseking.de

I would reach out to Corsair then and see if they will authorize a replacement. I assume you are in Germany/EU.

Good luck. I would have expected a change in the PSU load by removing the GPU.
