Question What is this noise?

I built this PC 5 days ago - every time my CPU(ryzen 5 7600x) heats up to like 70 degrees, my PC makes this noise. My AIO is mounted to the top of my case FYI. I turned my GPU fans off to test if that was the issue, and it still makes this noise. If anyone has any idea what this might be or how to fix it, please let me know!!

CPU-Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU- Radeon 7900 xt hellhound
Storage-Silicon Power 2TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280
Ram- T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 Ram 32GB
PSU- MSI MAG 850GL PCIE 5 White Gaming Power Supply - Full Modular - 80 Plus Gold Certified - Compact Size - ATX PSU
Cooler- Montech HyperFlow ARGB 360
Case: Montech XR
Motherboard: B650 Tomahawk

Did not find anything about the PSU hybrid mode, but I will keep looking.

I just had cyber punk open - it only happens under high CPU/GPU usage. I thought it may be coil whine from a google search but I’m not familiar with it or how to fix it.

Coil whine would typically come from the GPU or sometimes the power supply. Could run a program that only stresses the GPU like Furmark or MSI Kombustor and see if it occurs there.

Perhaps use your ear up close to try and localize and confirm where the sound is coming from.

Sadly there's usually not much you can do to fix coil whine if this is the case, other than something like an FPS cap/vsync to reduce system load in-game

Damn I spent $650 upgrading my graphics card just for it to be loud as hell lol - i appreciate the advice though! Also, are there any cards that don’t have this issue under high load?

Could try and contact XFX, but unsure if they will offer any resolution under warranty. Coil whine is a very hit or miss thing, you could have 5 units of the exact same model GPU and 3 be silent and the other 2 blaring loud. It's a lot more common with higher power consumption cards like this

Ran Furmark and instantly heard the sound so mystery solved. I will try to contact and see if I can RMA it - the sound is genuinely so annoying. Appreciate the help!
