i don't see any manual for it or a spec sheet but that's what it is

It looks like a PCI-X RAID card to me. The RAM slot was common for older RAID cards.

I found it in a really old pc of mine (also came with hard drives that are like 10 - 13 years old or something) and I was wondering what parts were like back in the day.
