Question What is this?

Hi all, can someone tell me what they think this is, please? I'm going for either a graphics card or a screen problem. the weird thing is, this only happens when the laptop is cold (been out in the car cold). Once it is inside and at normal room temperature, it works fine (just a small line, bottom right-hand corner, see pic2). I don't want to re-float the onboard graphics card, as it may make things worse. I'm going with humidity in the screen but would like a second opinion. Thanks Sy

Thanks, Drivinfast, it's a weird one. I'm in the repair business, and overheating I've seen, but not warm enough is weird lol. I think I'll just tell the customer a new screen is needed or put it on the radiator for 5 mins before he starts it.
