What is wrong with my wireless adapter? Help!

Hello!

Iv'e noticed that after I got a new computer, and started to use USB adapter for wireless something has changed. I have slow download speed, I've gone from 20 ms in games til 70 and so on.

SO I checked the connection on my computer, and it says this:



Then I checked my internet on the "old" computer (wich is a laptop) on the same router (ofc) and got this results:



What is wrong with my wireless usb adapter? It's an Archer T2U adapter.

Change the USB adapter, get a different brand. It's not well liked according to the Amazon reviews:

I now tried the USB adapter on my laptop, and got 17 mb download speed with it there. Mabye this product isnt optimized for windows 8.1?

I went to the store and turned in my USB adapter for another one. Same problem on this. 20 mbit down on old computer, 3 mbit down on this one!
