50mb down, 25mb up. Verizon Fios like $80 bucks or so a month.

Just tested my work internet for kicks was getting 180mb down but only 6mb up Time Warner Cable

Mine supposed to be 100mbs down and 6mbs up - this is what I get

We just switched ISPs where I work (from Covad - ugh to AT&T T1 - much better) and this is the connection I get:

My home gets way less than that - about 16MB upload and 20MB download. Covad used to get around the same speed and that was for a T1 line.
