what kind of graphic card can i upgrate to my computer

I have a 4 years old hp computer which i bought in 2011 and it was fine to run most games but now the graphic card is too old to run morden games do i need to get a new one? What kind of graphic card would work with my computer or i have to build a new computer?

I would advise a 750 Ti, due to the very low wattage PSU.

However, it wouldn't be a bad idea to just build a new PC since most of the parts from that PC are low quality and low upgrade ceiling.

Pretty much the only parts worth salvaging from that are the hard drive, maybe the RAM if you don't mind the slow clock speed, and maybe the wifi card if it hasn't treated you too badly. I've used that case, it's a pain to fiddle with and god I hated working around in the pavilion chassis.

Get a gtx 750ti and you should be fine, that i3 is still a decent low end gaming cpu

the i3 is fine but does it support hyper threading??? anyway 750 ti is a great match with an i3 it will do you well...

Thanks for the quick reply guys and one more question, the card that I am using is a integrated graphic card do i need to remove it before I use the new one?

You cant, integrated = part of the CPU

the 750 ti is almost plug and play. Just slap it in, move your monitor cable from the motherboard socket to the card, install the latest drivers from the nividia website, and you're done
