[SOLVED] What kind of videocard problem is this?

Hi,
I'd be gratefull if you could help me.
I bought a new ASUS RX 580 4GB videocard at the beginning of January, 2020.
Sometimes it causes problems and games crash randomly, but I can't find pictures of my problem on the internet.
Can somebody tell me what the problem can be?
Temperature is usually between 50-60°C.
Latest (WHQL) driver is installed and re-installed.

PC:
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 580 4GB
(Neither of them are overclocked!)
MSI B450i
Corsair SF450
(Phanteks Evolv Shift -> GPU connects to motherboard with a PCIe cable)
Monitor connects with high-quality hdmi cable and freesync is on, radeon chill also.

There aren't other problems with the graphic, no stuttering, artifacts or glitches!

Not yet, I also think that can be this prob.

Confirmed, problem is caused by the riser cable.
