What LCD 19inch do you rec for me?

I am not looking for a good LCD monitor. I need one that looks good for my photoshop stuff, and I need to be able to game fear, and half-life 2 with out the ghosts.
I am looking for a 19inch, that less then $500.

ya that the one i been looking at, veiwsonic it awsome. my friends trying to talk me in to this samsung, cause on "newegg" it got a higher rateing...
and a few reviews on the vp930 said there a problem with ghostin.
