[SOLVED] What LGA 1150 CPU for GTX 1070

So I just upgraded from GTX 970 to GTX1070 and now Im thinking about getting a better CPU to avoid bottleneck. Im currently running on a i5 4690k and would like to stay with the LGA 1150 socket.
What CPU would you recommend?
Is it even necessary to get a better CPU in my case?
Maximum I want to spend is about 150€ and I would get it used from ebay.

The best CPUs that will work in LGA 1150 are almost any haswell i7-4770 or 4790 variants. Used K CPUs are usually much more expensive than the non K variants. I wouldn't buy any less than the 4770S (lower power version), because it's per core turbo boost performance (3.5Ghz all core boost, 3.9Ghz single core) is equivalent to your 4690K, before overclocking the i5. The lowest power T variant is the slowest and would likely be a downgrade in performance even if the game can use more than 4 CPU threads.

Just don't expect the system to work any better outside of games, because you upgraded to an I7. You would only be buying it for the extra CPU threads for gaming and software that can use the extra threads.
