What makes a dustproof case "dustproof"?

Do i need to put filters on my exhaust fans? And does dustproof really mean that no dust can ever get in your PC?
If it is then how do I make it so that no dust ever enters my PC?

Solution
You need filters on intake fans and positive pressure (greater intake than exhaust airflow) so that dust won't be pulled in via holes in the back, etc. It never will be totally dust free because smaller particles can't be filtered. If filters were blocking everything, then not enough air would flow through the case. At all times maintaining positive pressure is important unless your case only allows air to come in through the filters (this is nearly impossible).

Thanks. So from time to time i still have to clean the insides of my PC. I guess at least there is less to clean.
I think the label dustproof is kinda misleading isn't it?

Can you really vaccum your PC? I thought i can destroy your components?

Thanks! i always thought vacuuming your PC would damage it. I was so scared before.

I didn't know compressed air was risky. How come it is sir?

So if I use compressed air in a can it would be okay? also would it be powerful enough to get rid of the dust i want to remove? (I have never used a vacuum or Compressed air in cleaning)

It's up to you. Use compressed air in a can if you don't have a vacuum cleaner. I prefer using a vacuum cleaner mainly because I don't like blowing dust in my house or in work environments and compressed air in a can isn't free. A PC doesn't have to be perfectly clean to work properly; you just don't want significant dirt accumulation on the heat sinks.

Thank you youve been very helpful my friend!

To get high compressure compressed air I see here https://bestaircompressorstore.com/industrial-air-compressor-reviews-and-buying-guide-air-compressor-store/ some powerful Industrial air compressor which can bend its pins and damage fragile components. But I believe for this purposes the useful compressor will be the Dewalt 6 gallon air compressor https://bestaircompressorstore.com/dewalt-dwfp55126-6-gallon-165-psi-pancake-compressor-review/ attached with combo kit.
