I looked at thaiphoon burner but it didn't seem to have any info about what die I had and specifies only that I have a micron one. And I really don't know what the safe voltages of my sticks are so am a bit in a pickle.

Micron make their own memory IC's, same story with SK Hynix and Samsung. It's DDR4, you can start with 1.2v and go all the way up to 1.45~1.5v but the frequency on the ram you've shown doesn't need all that power.

What are you intending to do with the ram in question? Tighten the timings?

right now im running the ram at 3600M/T CL18 @1.36v. I'm very curious about the safe voltage for the ICs on my ram sticks.
