What memory should I go for?

Im building a computer ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3dfls ) and I'm trying to tweak the setup, and I noticed that maybe I could do something with my memory.

Right now I have this in my future build: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460

I'm looking to replace it with this for my build: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231666

Which one is better? They cost the same on Newegg.com but the Ripjaws X are a bit better I think, any opinions or alternate options? I don't want any more or less memory, 2 x 4GB is perfect but any other options are good.

Also, this is my build as-is with the Sniper Series in it.

Any add-ons or opinions of it are good, I'd like to get input on the case as well.

Are there other good companies like Crucial or something I should take into account?

latency is basically the speed of your RAM.
That's important.

Depends on what you do, overall performance wise, somewhat similar, but the 2400 sticks provide much greater bandwidth which will provide better performance in multi-tasking, video, imaging, VMs, CAD and the like....for simple gaming, where DRAM is not much more than a data conduit, might see 2-4 FPS, but it will shine in the memory intensive areas

I'll be getting an SSD for my OS later, after the build, since money is tight right now and I just wanna get all the main stuff out of the way.

I'm building a hardcore gaming setup, so I think I'm going with the 1600.
