So right now, I found a deal of

Core i7 2600
Asus p861 m le
FOR 126$ + I have my spare DDR3 RAM
(btw this is used but in good condition, and I have also bought from this seller and they are really great)

On the other hand, there's also
Intel g4600
Msi h110m or gigabyte
FOR 137$ but I don't have a spare DDR4 RAM

What I have right now is only 130$ and I just bought my gtx 1050 Ti MSI Gaming X GPU, and PSU is on the way which is a VS450

Should I go for the
Core i7 2600
Asus p861 m le and my spare DDR3 RAM?

Or wait for the g4600 for me to be able to buy it and then save money again for DDR4 RAM?

ANOTHER QUESTION ADDITION
Will the i7 2600 with my gtx 1050 Ti MSI Gaming X GPU will have bottleneck? cause I'm pretty sure with the g4600 that there will be no bottleneck cause there are a lot of reviews about it. My GPU BTW is the MSI with the 6 pin one.

Need reply asap, the i7 offer is limited and it might be out of stock.

There's someone who told me that whenever I upgrade, just upgrade to DDR4 which is ideally g4600. But then i don't have the budget, IDK how to say this but let's just say
is the i7 2600 a worth it trade for a DDR4 RAM which more frequency?
I should put it as this,
is the i7 2600 with more cores and threads worth it trade for a more frequency coming from the RAM?
