What mobo should i go for this builds?

i will NOT be overclocking or doing SLI/Crossfire.

but i do want to use 2 monitors (one for gaming while using the other for browsing/youtube/movies/everything else while im gaming, i getting tired of having to alt tab all the time)

Also, can you look over the whole build too plz?

EDIT: im trying to build a pc that will play the upcoming game WatchDogs at high settings

??? i wont be overclocking or anything like that, so id be wasting money buying the Z87 chipset.

Do you have a budget for it? Otherwise can be making suggestion after suggestion

I hope to spend as less as possible i can.

but not so little that I end up buying the cheapest one i can find, or end up with a bad mobo or such.
