What model of gtx 960 is good?

I am thinking to buy a GTX 960 but i am confused about what model of it i should get because when i saw its reviews ppl said that it makes lot of noise like the zotac one.Please suggest me which version of gtx 960 should i get.I live in India so my budget for the GPU will be around Rs 15000-17000.

Either MSI, Gigabyte, Asus or EVGA, those are very good brands.

i don't really advise you in getting the 4gb version, not worth the additional price in my opinion, but still its up to you, only a few FPS gains in real world performance

if you really want a quiet card, Asus and MSI both have stop fan technology in which it wont spin at low temps, not sure about the EVGA and Gigabyte models

i also own asus , and i dont think he will buy 4GB cause it is out of his budget ...!! and their is also a card similar to GTX 960 , amd radeon R9 280 which is also have same price as gtx 960, but problem is that GTX 960 outperform r9 280 in 1080p games while R9 280 outperforms in games which have more resolution ......!!! so choice is yours ...!!!
