Hello Beesh93! 😉

Depending on the prince range you want to stay within my suggestions are as following, a bit over your range i guess, but still

1. Benq XL2411Z, it has 144 hz, 1ms and supports 16:9, and is 24 inches. It does how ever not have G-sync.
Generally Benq have good and true colors! And you are going to be playing Cs:go i presume where the screen in FPS mode is actually really help full!
Price: $279.99, i assume you live in US, if not here is the price in GB £179.99 and that about 200 Euros.

2. Benq XL2420G, it has 144hz. 1ms, supports 16:9, and has g-sync. Again as mentioned before about Benq screens!
Price? $529, £374.99 or 400 Euros.

3. AOC 24" LED G-Sync g2460Pg, it has 144hz. 1ms, supports 16:9, and has...

Very known for its gaming monitors, but still a tad behind what Benq or Asus have to offer.
Price: £304.05 $533.90 or about 350 Euros.

Adding the g-sync is adding another 150 - 200 Euro, and for that much money, it's really not worth it.
I'd rather use those 150 -200 euros and get another GPU and SLI it which would benefit you a lot more!

Ofc there are more screens out there such as Eizo! but i think the Benq would do the most for you 😉
