What monitor is better?

I'm thinking about getting one of these two 1440p monitors:

1. Slightly more expensive and 25-inch

2. Less expensive 23.8-inch

I don't really understand the differences except the size.
Are there any good features in the 25-inch model? if not then I'd prefer getting the 23.8-inch instead.

23" will expend energy/heat powering USB hubs and is more than likely using a slightly older architecture. 25" is more streamlined with some incremental changes to manufacturing processes. Without seeing both in person it is hard to judge any real world differences in functionality.
