What monitor to chose?

Hello, after I was bought a BenQ RL2455HM I saw that I had a dead pixel or arrival (lucky). But I also saw that I had excessive in-game screen tearing. Could the community suggest a gaming monitor around 318 USD? Cannot go over that. Also saw that I need a 144mhz monitor for reduced screen tearing. My graph card is Sapphire Radeon R9 270 DUAL-X OC BOOST 2GB.
