[SOLVED] What motherboard and RAM would be best?

Hi guys.
Im looking at upgrading my Motherboard and RAM as its 5 years old or so.
Current set up is:
Mobo: Gigabyte H97M-Gaming3
RAM: 8gb DDR3 (dont remember brand)
CPU: i5-4590(upgradable)
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6gb (Couple months old)
PSU: Silverstone ST55F-PT 80+ Plat 550w (couple months old)
STORAGE: Samsung - 840 Series 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive and CT500BX1 00SSD1(uh? )
Windows 7 OS.


Not entirely sure on how much i have to spend. Maybe $200-300 AUD.
Looking for what is compatible and price range.
CPU could be looked into upgrading also.
Im a noob when it comes to PC parts.

There's no reason to upgrade your motherboard and RAM unless you are also upgrading your CPU.

In that price range there's really nothing that is going to be worth the cost. Looking at PC part prices in your country, its quite expensive.
