What motherboard do i need for i5-7400

Solution
You need an Intel 200-series LGA1151-socket motherboard for such 7th-gen i5 CPU (i5-7400). It can also physically fit a 100-series motherboard PROVIDED, the motherboard has a BIOS update for 7th-gen CPUs to work.

A BIOS update/upgrade is made by the mobo manufacturer for additional support of new devices or resolving previous issues on the motherboard for better system stability or component driver support.

Since you picked a 7th-gen i5-7400 that is non-OC'able (locked), you want to select a 200-series motherboard with either a B250-chipset or an H270-chipset. A Z270-chipset would also work, but is an illogical pairing, as Z270 mobos are intended for unlocked/OC'able CPUs such as the i5-7600K or i7-7700K.

This list will give you...

i recommend a moterhboard with a B250 chipset for that certain CPU

hmm , okay, thanks , another question

is there a big difference between more versions of a video card?
for example : whats the difference between a 1050 TI windforce and a 1050 TI gaming ? i mean they just look different , is the cheaper/expensive version better? do they run games at different fps?

Yes there is a difference, but its in the 5% margain which is not something that you will notice.
The only real differences are the temps, noise and visuals. And that comes down to personal prefference
