thank you very much, I'll keep that in mind.B550m Mortar, hands down. The Mortar has an 8 phase VRM based on efficient and cool running DrMOS power stages; the Aorous Elite is an older design with 5 stages of discrete FET's.
That said, either will run any Ryzen desktop CPU well enough at stock settings. But if you've an itch to try overclocking a 5950 or 3950 the Mortar is definitely the board to let you scratch it.
