What motherboard should I get?

Hello, my name is nathan and I am looking for a motherboard to un-bottleneck my pc. I got an Ibuypower pc 2 Christmases ago and I have upgraded everything but the motherboard. (Ie:GPU,CPU,PSU,Fans,Hard Drive, etc.).

At this point in time I have an AMD fx 8320, a saphire r9280 3gb,
16 gb of hyper x fury ram, and a 500 watt psu. I also run 2 hard drives but that shouldn't matter to much. I am not very experienced in the motherboard category and get easily confused. If you could explain it as if you were explaining it to a child that would be great lol. I am looking for a non-bottlenecking cost effective card so lets say under $150 would be preferable. Obviously this isn't some super high end gaming pc so no need to go all out on the mobo. Anyways I thank you in advance for just reading this and I hope you have a nice day 😀.

The mother board doesn't really have anything to with bottlenecking and you would probably see no improvement if you replaced it. Save your money for a new graphics card. You would probably see the most improvement from something like an R9 390. This would also have to have a larger power supply.
