What on earth is wrong with pc

http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8514353, so I just did this benchmark test on my pc, previously I understood that there was a problem with the gpu but basically every component on my pc seems to be performing like trash. I've only owned this netbook for 3 years, and I'm completely flummoxed as to what the problem might be. Any ideas appreciated

You have a low power (and low performance netbook). But... Is your power profile on max performance? Your single channel RAM is really hurting your performance in both memory and graphics.

You can change your power profile by right clicking on the battery icon on the right hand side of the windows taskbar.

You can see your “background cpu” is 21% (in rigth side of report). This mean there is a process that use cpu. Look at process manager for the process.

nothing stands out as taking up a large proportion, just many processes that have <1%

CPU: It can be a heating problem. Try removing dust from the ventilation slots with a vacuum cleaner.

GPU: Intel HD 4400 is a integrated card in your CPU, not a discrete card. Look at the specifications if your laptop has discrete graphics. If so, I should activate to use it.

Can you say your specificacions and laptop name and brand?
