i found these gaming pcs on a website but i was wondering what one would be worth getting to play games on highest settings as possible since i know nothing about pcs:

Solution
If you want to stay Blue Team, Intel has it's 10th gen launching at the end of this month. Wait for reviews on those.
Currently, the only cpus on the Blue Team even worth mentioning are the 9700K and 9900K - personally, I'd drop the 9700K off that list because it's not hyperthreaded.
Ryzen 3000 hands down has more affordable options for you, with the likes of the 3600, 3600X, and 3700X.
using a ryzen 5 3600x processor with higher frequency ram would probably do a lot more for your system. Also, that processor (and any ryzen processor at the same price point) will bottleneck a 2070, so you should go for the 2060 super or an rx 5700 XT. The main difference between the nvidia and amd is amd gets slightly better performance overall, but nvidia has rtx. consider however, that rtx will crush your framerate, so nvidia is not suggested for any COMPETITIVE gaming system. along with that the 5700 xt is supposed to have hugely better texture detail without sacrificing fps.

Both will run games great at the highest settings at 1080p/1440p no problem. The PC with the 2070 Super will run the games considerably better, but the PC with the 2060 Super is also very capable. That being said I wouldn't buy either of these PCs. The 9600k processor is meant for overclocking, indicated by the K after 9600. The B360 motherboard included with the PCs doesn't support overclocking, meaning that having a 9600k is a waste and you will not be able to use the CPU to its full potential. If the CPU is a K series (meaning that it can be overclocked) look for a z370 or a z390 motherboard in order to properly take advantage of the processor.

The only real difference between those two is the gpu. The 2070S will outperform the 2060S. So if price is ok with you, that's what I'd suggest IF those are your only 2 options.

Do you have a link to these?

There's a few things I dont necessarily like. Zero mention of psu. Leads me to believe it's a possibly underspecced, low quality supply. B series board with a k series chip, really leaving a lot of ability and performance out with that choice. 2666 ram. 3000-3200 isnt much, if any, more expensive and would provide that little extra performance.

Both will get the job done and perform decently. But there are better options, imo. And possibly money to be saved/better spent.

9600k definitely won't bottleneck a 2070. It has a hard time bottlenecking 1080tis in most games. Should have a lot of headroom with a 2070.

A 9600K is more likely to become a limitation than the 3600, especially in heavily threaded games.
Intel's non-hyperthreaded cpus suffer from high frame times in games that can utilize all of their cores/threads, causing stutter.
Overclocking it will not save it either.
A 3600 will not incur this.

Besides whats been told already, keep in mind intel is launching new CPU in just a few days. This new CPUs will all come with HT enable, even the Core i7, Core i5 and Core i3, so unless you see this PC at a really good price I would not buy it.

And yes, either go with the Ryzeen 5 3600/3600X, or wait till the new Core i5 10th gen arrive and then you may be able to get a similar priced PC (red one) but with atleast a Core i7 9700K instead.

Also what the hell is a "CPU Cooler: Chillblast Centurion Direct Contact CPU Cooler"?
