what or this 2 Graphics cards is the best?

so i am going to buy a r9 390 video card, so dont say that a gtx 970 is better plz.

but now i found 2 r9 390 cards that seem good to me and get good reviews but what one do you think is the best of those two?:

Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 390
XFX Radeon R9 390 8GB Double Dissipation Black Edition

Depends on the company you like, personally i'd go with the XFX since the ones ive bought from them have never failed and overclock fairly easy. Actually the last card I bought from them (R9 290) I was able to flash the BIOS into the R9 290X and the warranty was still valid!

I would go for Sapphire, they seem to consistently make the best cards for AMD GPUS. XFX have done some bad coolers.

the Sapphire Nitro Radeon R9 390 has coolers that start spinning faster if you are doing things like gaming. Does the XFX Radeon R9 390 8GB Double Dissipation Black Edition have somthing like that as well or is it just always spinning as fast as it can? because of that is the case i see no reason why not to go with the Sapphire one.

XFX GPU will spin a a minimum fan speed and will increase as the temps increase. The Sapphire Nitro might be the better card anyways since it has 3 fans and might run cooler (also Sapphire's usually cheaper as well) but check the length of the card and how much room you have in the case since its quite a large GPU (13.25" x 8.50").
