Question What os variation of android do android radios use?

Does anyone know what variation of android os that these android radios use? I want to install a very similar os to what they use on a rasberrypi but also retain the use of the gpio pins . Alot i see say they run android 9 or other versions but i cant seem to find a definitive answer on what version or variation of android these radios run such as ATOTO radios.

Looking at https://www.myatoto.com/ I picked a random radio -- The SB Gen2. On the description page it has this -- System Version: ATOTO AICE UI 11.0, which is developed & customized based on Android Q(10.0); The A6 just says -- Android 10.0
So it probably depends on the specific model of ATOTO radio you are thinking about.
 
I didn't have a specific ATOTO radio in mind, I just used them as an example for the type of OS I wanted to use. I need an OS that has the Music Player and GPS capabilities. I would love to use android but I don't have really any software coding experience with it. I want to use a Pi4 and end goal is to combine the radio and my climate control into 1 touchscreen unit kind of like a lot of newer cars. I have the coding and already have a functioning climate control with a Arduino Nano. It would be great if i had the use of the GPIO pins still in the OS to replace the Arduino.
