Solution
1) That PSU is nowhere near good enough for the remaining parts. Try getting a real unit like the seasonic gold 550, evga G2 550, xfx ts gold 550, etc.
2) You do NOT need that wired network adapter, your motherboard already comes with one
3) For those specs you don't need additional fans on top of the ones the case comes with

If you complain about #1 costing too much, 2 and 3 save more than enough money to compensate

Solution
It's good, and unless you have super fast internet you don't need a network adapter, you can use the motherboard. You will probably want a better power supply. Here is a good site.https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/. As far as ram, I like corsair.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

if you have a local micro center there combo deal is 30.00 off on the cpu and mb combo.
there no gpu as hold off for the newer pascal that are dropping in june.

No, it's pretty much garbage. The only good units are the ones that end in 2 (b2, g2, p2) and the 850W GQ (but not 750 or 650). The 550W G2 should be only ~$5 more than the 650 NEX.
