Whatever one you can get.

No 2 chips, motherboards, etc are the same. IT comes down to getting a good chip, getting lucky, and a ton of cooling.

Not much. I get 4.5Ghz easy with my H50. For overclocking, get a Noctua or a liquid cooler. Better to play it safe.

I have the fx 8350 with evo 212 also i have an oc of 4.7 @ 1.35 volts have push/pull with corsair sp 120s fans idle temps 25c load temps 55c prime 95 gaming though never over 41c
