PC Specs:
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 1700x

GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1080

RAM: DDR4 16 Tforce Dark

MOBO: Gigabyte AB350M-D3H-CF

SSD: Samsung 800 Evo

I'm just having a little trouble running Escape From Tarkov. I really don't have a problem in any other game, but I do see myself not really getting the fps as I want. Let me know what y'all think.

Solution
Your motherboard is just fine and can take the Ryzen 3000 series and probably the 4000 series. You have 16GB RAM which should be good enough for most games. Even though that game is heavy on RAM, that 1st link I sent shows 16 should be enough. Their recommended CPU is the i7-8700 which is better at gaming than the 1700X. It is a hard choice overall as you have a decent system.

What resolution and refresh rate are you running?

Looks like your GPU should be OK to hit the FPS you want. However, according to this the CPU might be an issue. https://www.wepc.com/benchmark/escape-from-tarkov-system-requirments/ If you were to update your BIOS you could go to a Ryzen 3600/X and that would give a good boost in CPU limited games and be the cheapest option. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-7-1700X-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600/3915vs4040
So it wouldn't be my MOBO or the ram? I know that eft is very ram intensive and doesn't use much of my cpu
