What parts should I buy to improve my fps?

Processor: AMD Athlon 5350 Quad Core APU (2.05GHz/AM1) & Radeon™ HD8400
Memory: 8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz
Hard Drive:1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 32MB CACHE
Operating System:Genuine Windows 8.1 64 Bit
Video Card: Integrated AMD Radeon HD 8000 / R7 Series Graphics
Motherboard : ASUS® AM1M-A: (M-ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, 6Gb/s)

I want to increase my fps by quiet a bit, so I can play games on high and ultra quality without fps lag instead of medium-low. My budget is not too high so it would be nice for them to be pretty cheap but good value

I would suggest getting a dedicated video card, that would help your performance the best without spending too much or having to change anything. Unfortunately you won't be able to play at high/ultra settings on AAA titles, but you should get a significant increase in performance.

You have some choices, the highest I would go is an r7 260x or 750ti before bottlenecking starts. You could also go for an R7 250 and run it in dual graphics for a less expensive upgrade.
