Hello!

So recently I started to take interest into computers and their parts, so far I only know how to build/change parts of a PC, so i need help on figuring out what should I change into what. I want to increase my gaming performance and overall better experience. The specs bellow is what parts I have currently. I also have a budget around 200€. For comparison right now I get 40+ fps on GTA V on medium graphics. Thank you in advance.

Operating System
Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

PSU
Spire SP-ATX-ĮĮ0W-PFC

CPU
AMD Athlon X4 860K
Kaveri 28nm Technology

RAM
8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard
MSI A68HM-P33 V2 (MS-7895) (P0)

Graphics
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (Gigabyte)

Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSD1

Solution
well considering the Grand Theft Auto V recommends the following hardware :

CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHz (8 CPUs)
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit, Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD 7870 2GB

I think your problem is your motherboard and CPU being too old. you should consider upgrading at least to an X8/i5-3xxx series and matching motherboard., why ? because your motherboard cannot be further upgraded beyond X4.

on ebay plenty of I5-3550 or AMD FX-8530 with motherboard bundles for less than150$
example: AMD FX 8350 CPU, Gigabyte Motherboard, CPU cooler, and 8GB Ram Combo

this one would be better i5-3550 motherboard...

Get a dual channel ram kit that is spec'd to go to DDR3-2133MHz, overclock the processor and you forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU.

WIth all due respect, what sort of a target are you looking at? I think you're at the highest you can reach for 720p/1080p gaming. If you want anything more, you're looking at a platform change which is going to be more expensive than 200Euro's.

You didn't mention the games you want to play. Please don't mention an etc in that sentence.
