[SOLVED] What Pci Express is it?

I have this Hp Elite Desk 800 g2n and there are 4 pci express

PCI Express x16 Slot 1
PCI Express ×1 Slot 1
PCI Express ×1 Slot 2
PCI Express ×4 Slot 1

Thing is the "PCI Express x4" Looks like a PCI Express x16, i searched around the internet for a longer version of a PCI Express x4 all i found where shorter versions of it, can you explain what is this about? why is it x4 if it looks like a x16?

If your information is correct its a 16 slot but only runs a X4 speed this is common.

Example from my motherboard.

• 1x PCIe 3.0 x16 slot (from chipset, supports x4 mode)
