Well for that system a good quality 650W PSU.

Seasonic Focus Plus
Corsair RMX
EVGA G2 or G3

And might want to rethink that CPU cooler it's underpowered for the 8700K, way underpowered. If you want an AIO you will need at least a 240mm, even better a 280mm.


Or go with one of the larger Air coolers like the Noctua NH D15.

And go with some better quality memory and faster memory like DDR4 3000. Stay away from cheap budget memory.

While under gaming loads, the GTX 1060 averages 125W, the i7 8700k overclocked consumes 72W, and the rest of the system may consume ~30W. This is also evident in real-world testings, where an OC 8700K + GTX 1060 system was measured to consume 242W from the wall while gaming. That's ~220W of real system power consumption when we factor PSU efficiency.

The system with 8700K OC + 1080ti would consume ~350W while gaming.

A good 450W PSU is plenty for your current GTX 1060 system. A 550W PSU would even allow for a GTX 1080ti.

Look at the Bitfenix Whisper, Bitfenix formula if you don't mind non-modular, Corsair RMx, Be Quiet Straight Power 11, EVGA G2/G3, Seasonic Focus Plus. All are very high quality power supplies.
