what power supply do I need for my gtx 970?

what does it mean?
is EVGA SuperNOVA 650G1 650W ATX12V Power Supply 120-G1-0650-XR good for this GPU?
also when i purchase this power supply Do I need to buy any cables or wires sepearatly or everything is included?

650 w is enough or should I get 850?

For a quality psu, even on an overclocked cpu, all you need is a 550w psu, so the 650w Evga is more than good. If you plan on sli in the future, then the 850w would be better, but even then, 750w is all that's warranted for gtx970 sli.

evga supernova g1 is not a good psu, the good ones are evga supernova b2/g2/p2/t2

The g1's are decent, the g2's are excellent
