Question What Power Supply Do I Need?

I bought a motherboard; ASUS PRO H410T to fit the SFF case I have. It has a barrel connector for the power supply. It says for CPUs that are 65W (which mine is; Intel i3-10100 for reference), a high rated adaptor is recommended.
There is an ATX 2-pin 19V connector next to it, like the regular 4-pin connector, except 2 pin. The case doesn't have any power cables. Do I need something for that?
