What Processor should use for good recent & upcoming gaming performance for the below configurations in btwn 4 to 5 k

Guys I have one friend who is using the below specs. Plz suggest a good processor for good recent & upcoming gaming performance & smooth gming for the below configurations in btwn 4 to 5 k
Intel dual core processor 2.60 ghz (this processor will change)
8 GB dd3 1333 mhz RAM
Asus P8H61-M LX3 Motherboard
450 wt cooler master PSU
Nvidia zotak GTX 750TI gfx card

Using recent CPUs mean you are required to upgrade your mainboard (H61) to something like H87 H97 or X99
if the range of 4-5k is your money budget, you can buy a new high-end gaming rig which every gamer would envy.

I think that if he has these specs and he's talking about 4-5k, I think its in indian rupees.

Yeah actually he wan to change mobo & processor too, so suggest some good mobo & processor in between Rs. 10 thousand. If he want to change only processor for the smooth gaming then which one he should chose.
