What program can i use to get cpu temps?

So i use nzxt's cam app and my i7 8700k keeps fluctuating in temps. Now while im doing this is goes from like 45 idle then to 55 then to 68 then back down. I have a corsair h115i pro cpu cooler and on their app (icue) it shows 39.4 c and stays like that. I want one that i can check to see what the temps are actually like and that i know nothing is wrong. Thanks
