What programes are using my internet

Hello,
Always my internet is blinking. I want to know the programs that is accessing my internet.

Hard to tell from here, you closed the window blinds so we can't peek in on your room.

The internet light will always be blinking, if your PC is connected, everything from Windows and Anti-virus programs to HP, Adobe updates are being checked for.

If you are worried about stuff, unhook the cable when you are not using the computer. You can also turn on log files in the router to detail when things go online.

Open Resource Monitor, switch to the network tab, then look at the network activity section.
