What psu AND case should i get?

Hey i have i5-4670k(@4-4.3Ghz in future) and msi Gtx 770 2bg TwinFrzr

I was lookin about the Fractal Designs newton r3 600w

and Corsair rm-650(silent and i would get it from store near by) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139054
it would be nice if psu is quiet ? and is platinium Certf. worth it?
Pls give me your opinions,advices and other PSU's

And about the case is full atx tower worth the money ? i was considering the nzxt phantom/Corsair Graphite 760T or if MID atx tower i was looking at corsair obsidian 450D or something
or do you guys other good options or preferrings?

In terms of PSUs, I have always liked Corsair. Never had an issue with them compared to most other brands. I do like my Corsair AX860 Platinum, only because it is top of the line but unless you are super power conscious, the difference between gold and platinum is very little. The only major difference is that the AX series from Corsair has a 7 year warranty.

As for case, that is really a personal decision. These days mid towers had really good air flow. I personally have the Corsair 500R as I love the extra room for cables and it isn't massive like say the Thermaltake Xaser VI was (and I mean it was massive like the Corsair 800/900D).

I do like full towers for the room mostly. It is easier to work in and installing something like a Hydro H100i or custom water cooling loop is easier in a full tower like the 760T or 500R compared to the mid towers.

From what I have found, the 750 and 850 use Ltec, as they are made by another company while the other RM series are done by CWT and have better capacitors, only on the secondary side of the PSU, the others look to be Nippon. As to the quality, I have never looked at just the capacitors but the brand overall.

Even with their lowest end CX series PSUs, I have had less of Corsairs go bad than any other.

Honestly the reviews are pretty decent. Normally a 85-90 rating which is pretty good. The Seasonic Platinum will be a bit better as would the Corsair AX760w.

well how about the fractal design newton ? its platinium certf and capacitors are decent
