I'm building following gaming PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600

MOBO: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3000MHz

GPU: ASUS Radeon RX 580 ROG STRIX GAMING OC

CASE: Sharkoon DG7000-G Green

STORAGE: Samsung 850-EVO 250GB SSD + WD Black Series 1TB

I'll buy just one GPU right now but I'll add the second one later since I'll be using my TV as a second screen. According to pcpartpicker.com I'll use 550W with both GPUs.

I've found three PSUs right now: -) 600 Watt be quiet! Pure Power 10 CM Modular 80+ Silver (80€)
-) 650 Watt Corsair TX650M (87€)
-) 650 Watt EVGA BQ Modular 80+ Bronze (78€)

Any other suggestions are appreciated. I'm buying parts mostly from Germany (mindfactory.de) but also from shops here in Slovenia (these PSUs are all from mindfactory)

Solution
Two Radeon RX 580 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFire mode would require at least a high quality 750W or greater PSU. (i.e. the PSU should have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of at least 57 Amps or greater).

Agreed. I've been using SLI since 2014 and you see less and less support for newer games, at this point I ended up letting my friend use my second card and now I just use a single GPU which is fine, it runs cooler, less power consumption & less fan noise which is nice.

I wasn't really clear on the original post. I'll still be gaming on one screen and I'll use TV to browse internet, watch movies, youtube, etc.. Maybe I'll run some games like Football Manager on the second screen but nothing too extreme... As I said I wouldn't buy the second GPU yet, I just want to at least prepare something for the future..

My current PC has i5 650 and gtx 750Ti FTW so I really need an update :D

Also because of current mining craze the GPU prices aren't really budget friendly... this RX 580 is ~350€ and compared to others has one of the best price to performance ratio..
