Vid card: rx460 4gb msi
Ram: 4gb

Since you probably won't be OC'ing with that board, you can get away with a 400W minimum if you don't plan on any future gfx card upgrades.

Seasonic S12II 430W or Corsair CX450 both are high quality budget friendly power supplies

S12II 430w, runs quite cheap atm.
Also consider another 4GB of RAM, 8GB should be minimum with any modern system, even workstation.
