What PSU wattage to go for with a 2600x + 1070ti amp extreme ?

Is a 550w enough power for these components:
2600x
1070ti amp extreme
b450 tomahawk
480gb ssd
3000mhz 16gb RAM

I would go with a 650w instead, as the prices aren't much different, for a good quality one, like an Evga G3 650w.

According to Nvidia, 500w is the minimum, based on an i7 system. So you'd be cutting it close, but they say it'll work.
