What r the best micro hifi with RCA under €200?

Guys,
Im looking to buy a micro hifi.
The specs that I want are:
RCA so I can connect it to my tv
Good sound of course, but i dont need too powerful & bassy as my flat is small
Bluetooth if possible, if not its ok.
So far I found Pioneer X-HM15BT-K for around €125ish.
Is it any good? and can someone recommend something better for under €200

Onkyo & Yamaha for that price? I thought those 2 together with marantz & denon should be around €300-400.

Sorry, am not paying much attention to cost, only to category, will let you deal with the cost.

Do you need certain wattage? need speakers to go with it too? Recently I was looking at the Teac AI series, truly micro, the size of a book. The AI-301DA, 1 BT, 2 Optical, 2 LineIN, 60x2w I believe usd$325, looks sweet to me if you want true micro-size.

In that price range a used stereo receiver or integrated amplifier and speakers will blow away any mini system.
