What RAM can I get that will work with my current RAM?

Currently I have 2x4GB of G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231585)

Do I need to get another 2x4GB of the same stick or is there another kind of RAM that I can use?
Also, is 8GB enough? I use 2 monitors and play League and WoW.
